Chrissy has 15+ Years experience as a Holistic Practitioner and is a L3 Personal Trainer, specialising in Gut Health Nutrition. Chrissy loves being a motivator so you can expect great energy and a workout you will remember!

Flo Derounian

Yoga 

Flo Derounian is a teacher and lover of Embodied Slow Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga in Brighton, UK. As an academic researcher and teacher, Flo loves deep-diving into the science of movement and the nervous system to bring teaching which helps students access their own ability to find peace

Claire Eade 

Pilates instructor 

Claire is a level 3 Mat Pilates teacher who loves helping people feeling better in their body,
through the magical movement of Pilates. Pilates gets you back in your body and feeling
awesome. Claire's nursing training compliments Pilates so well and she is able to bring her
anatomy knowledge to help you move more freely in her classes.
