Who We Are
Gemma Kate
Founder
Gemma is passionate about helping women feel their absolute best through movement and connection.
Since making the decision to change her own lifestyle in her early 20’s, Gemma’s passion in wellness and helping others only deepened.
After 10 years in the corporate world, where for 3 years Gemma worked as Joe Wicks’ right hand woman supporting his clients, and the wider organisation, Gemma then went on to qualify as a personal trainer and fitness coach in her own right. With Gemma’s combined corporate and fitness expertise, she then went on to set up and run Gemma Kate Lifestyle, a well established platform for women to workout in a super safe and fun environment.
