Service Description
Designed specifically for new mums, focusing on safe, effective, and functional movement after birth. Using weights, bodyweight exercises and the natural resistance of your baby’s weight, you’ll strengthen key muscle groups that support posture, core stability, and overall strength and wellbeing. The session blends gentle conditioning with strengthening movements to: Build stability through the core and pelvic floor. Improve posture and release tension from daily mum-life. Safely regain strength post-birth or maintain fitness during pregnancy. Bond with your baby while moving together in a supportive environment. This class helps you reconnect with your body, boost energy, and develop strength for the demands of motherhood—all in a relaxed, fun, and baby-friendly space. Please join us for a coffee after each workout to connect with other mamas and babies. Please bring your baby in their pram and have the carrier at the ready in case your baby would prefer to be on you (we will adapt all exercises if your baby is on you)

GKL is proud to offer a free trial class for any new members - so feel free to rally up your fitness buddies and bring them to a class to guarantee it running! To ensure we manage our instructors time most efficiently, please try and book your classes 5 hours prior to the class starting.
