Service Description

Designed specifically for mums-to-be and new mums, focusing on safe, effective, and functional movement during pregnancy and after birth. Using bodyweight exercises and the natural resistance of your baby’s weight, you’ll strengthen key muscle groups that support posture, core stability, and overall wellbeing. The session blends gentle conditioning with strengthening movements to:  Build stability through the core and pelvic floor.  Improve posture and release tension from daily mum-life.  Safely regain strength post-birth or maintain fitness during pregnancy.  Bond with your baby while moving together in a supportive environment. Whether you’re expecting or in the postnatal stage, this class helps you reconnect with your body, boost energy, and develop strength for the demands of motherhood—all in a relaxed, fun, and baby-friendly space.

GKL is proud to offer a free trial class for any new members - so feel free to rally up your fitness buddies and bring them to a class to guarantee it running! To ensure we manage our instructors time most efficiently, please try and book your classes 5 hours prior to the class starting.
