Service Description

Join us for a glorious morning yoga practice. Wake up with flowing movement and breath to the sound of the waves and the seagulls. Please bring your own mats, water and plenty of layers. We can't wait to see you! Join us on the beach right by Beachbox sauna, on the groyne!

Classes will run when a minimum of 4 people book on! GKL is proud to offer a free trial class for any new members - so feel free to rally up your fitness buddies and bring them to a class to guarantee it running! To ensure we manage our instructors time most efficiently, you must book your classes 5 hours prior to the session - you will not be able to book after this time period.
