Join us for a glorious morning yoga practice. Wake up with flowing movement and breath to the sound of the waves and the seagulls. Please bring your own mats, water and plenty of layers. We can't wait to see you!

To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact me directly. Please note that I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, any cancellatons within 24 hours of a session will be non refundable.
