Service Description

For any new mumma's, this workout is for you! My classes are designed for new mum's who are looking to regain their strength, fitness and confidence post birth. You can start to attend classes once you are 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 8-12 weeks post caesarean. The benefits of joining this class; Regain confidence and fitness Strengthen pelvic floor muscles Strengthen abdominal muscles Meet other like minded women No need for childcare! Overall well-being Please bring water, an exercise mat and your babies!
