High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. From this 30 minute session you can expect to be pushed to your limits through working all the of the muscle groups in the body. If you are looking for a short, intense workout then this one is for you, no matter what your fitness levels are!
