Service Description

Don't let the name put you off! This class is a low impact, body weight 30 minute session for all abilities. We will get you focusing on strengthening your glutes and core muscles. Focusing on the glutes, we are also working on the rest of the lower body too, not only will you be strengthening these muscles too but these exercises will assist in avoiding potential injuries. A strong core from our shoulders all the way to our hips will give you that strong muscle definition as well as improving posture and your athletic performance.
