First we will workout, a 30 minute high intensity, body weight only workout designed to increase your heart rate, get your body moving and feeling ALIVE! Then the coffee or smoothie, it just doesn't quite have the same ring to it! Please bring: An exercise mat and water. Creating a community around a balanced lifestyle is our passion and we can’t wait for you to come and join us.
