Weight Gain in Midlife/Hot flushes/Insomnia a) Why do I keep putting on weight despite eating well and exercising? b) Hormonal impact on metabolism c) Strategies for maintaining a healthy weight d) What are hot flushes and night sweats and how can I try to take back control. e) The impact of fluctuating hormone levels on sleep. 5. Lifestyle Medicine for Longevity a) How diet and exercise affect long-term health b) The importance of bone, brain, and heart health c) What we can learn from the Blue Zones to live healthier, longer lives 6. Emotional Wellbeing: Managing Anxiety and Low Mood a) The emotional side of menopause b) Practical breathing exercises and relaxation techniques c) Mindfulness meditation for calm and clarity We will be starting on Wednesday May 21st at 7.30pm and the sessions will last approximately 45 mins to an hour - if you are unable to make a session, we can send you the session recording!
